Commercial signage works across the building, the site and the delivery program. A coordinated package gives every sign a location, purpose, approval path and buildable installation method.
Start with the building, entrances and people using the site. A location schedule brings building identification, pylons, wayfinding and internal signs into one brief, with quantities and responsibilities clear from the outset.
Confirm messages, brand files and who signs off each item. Identify the planning, engineering, accessibility and electrical inputs required for the actual site before manufacture begins.
Sightlines, materials, illumination and fixing surfaces shape a readable, practical sign. Where messages need to change, consider a digital display alongside the permanent signage.
Connect approved artwork and verified dimensions to the required installation dates. Coordinate fabrication, access, other trades and any work around an operating site.
Check completed locations against the agreed schedule and record outstanding items. Clear handover information helps the site team manage maintenance, replacements and future changes.
