Large-scale signage refresh across 37 aged-care centres.
The project
Across a program delivered in just over a year, Insigns completed a large-scale signage refresh for 37 Bolton Clarke aged-care centres, covering external identity, wayfinding and internal signage.
The program began with site surveys and detailed planning against Bolton Clarke’s brand, accessibility, compliance and operational requirements at each centre.
More than 2,000 signs were delivered across 37 aged-care centres, including site identification, parking, wayfinding, room numbering, reception branding and large external signs.
Installation was coordinated with head office and onsite staff to limit disruption to residents, visitors and care teams while old signage was removed, surfaces were made good and the new system was installed.
The program, delivered in just over a year, created a consistent signage system across the Victorian and New South Wales sites, strengthening identification and making navigation clearer.
“Insigns recently completed a large-scale signage refresh across 37 of our Bolton Clarke aged care centres in Victoria and New South Wales. From initial planning through to final installation, the team worked collaboratively with our Head Office and onsite staff to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout of the complete signage scope. The project was well-coordinated, delivered on schedule, and the end result is cohesive signage that reflects our brand and enhances the experience for residents, visitors, and staff.”
